Hello and welcome to our LocatorX commentary on culture. As the Vice President of People & Culture here at LocatorX, this topic is extremely dear to my heart.
You know, a lot is written on the topic of culture; in fact, if you do an Amazon book search on the business topic of culture, you’ll find over 20,000 options to explore. So needless to say, there are a lot of opinions.
During my early entry with LocatorX, I was impressed that our CEO, Scott Fletcher, wanted to meet to discuss culture. Though we are currently a reasonably small, but certainly growing company (from an employee perspective), we understand that creating the framework on how our employees can innovate, collaborate, engage, and thrive from a total well-being perspective is extremely important.
At LocatorX, we want our employees to wake up in the morning and look forward to the impact they can make here — and do it while loving those around them. We lead by transparency, providing an honest pulse on the team’s opportunities to drive great outcomes, and to enhance our current way of thinking and actioning.
