Matt Even's career spans over 20 years of experience leading finance and operations across logistics, transportation, e-commerce, healthcare, and technology. He has held senior finance leadership roles at Wayfair, Chewy, Rent the Runway, and Trove Recommerce, supporting IPO readiness, large-scale cost transformation, fulfillment economics, and enterprise reporting and analytics.
He served as Chief Financial Officer at Standvast Fulfillment, where he built and scaled finance, accounting, and HR functions to support rapid growth. He led the NetSuite migration, transitioned the company from cash to accrual accounting with ASC compliance, completed clean external audits, and reduced the monthly close to 10 days. During his tenure, the company scaled from $10M to $50M ARR, expanded gross margins from 37% to 55%. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade at Amazon and UPS in senior finance and operations roles supporting global retail, transportation, and fulfillment organizations in the U.S. and Europe.
Matt earned an MBA in Finance and Strategy and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Portland State University.
