Deborah Lee James
Deborah Lee James has a three-decade track record of leading, transforming, and driving lasting results in both the Legislative and Executive branches of Government (U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense) and private industry – Science Applications International Corporation and United Technologies Corporation.
Secretary James has deep expertise in strategic planning, risk management, public policy, cyber security, logistics, and innovation. Through January 2017, Deborah served as the 23rd Secretary of the United States Air Force with responsibility for 660,000 military and civilian personnel and a budget of nearly $140 billion. Prior to that role, she served as President of SAIC’s Technical and Engineering sector, a $2 billion, 8,700 person enterprise. Immediately prior to this role, Deborah served as the Executive Vice President of Communications and Government Affairs.
Deborah currently serves on the Board of Directors of public, private, and not-for-profit entities as well as an advisor and speaker on national security, business, and leadership topics. She is a non-executive member of the public company boards of Textron Inc. and Unisys Corporation and the private company board of TeraThink Corporation. Deborah is a member of the not-for-profit boards of Noblis, Inc., the Atlantic Council, and the PenFed Credit Union Foundation. She also serves as an advisor to Bain and Company and the Center for Strategic International Studies and as an advisory board member to Beacon Global Strategies, MIT Lincoln Labs, and LeanIn.Org.
Secretary James is a frequent public speaker affiliated with the Washington Speakers Bureau and the Worldwide Speakers Group and is the author of the soon-to-be-published leadership book Aim High…Chart Your Course and Find Success.
Jim Joustra is an American businessman and retired military officer. He is the founder and president of Verkenner, LLC, a company that promotes new technology in the U.S. healthcare market. Jim served as director of mergers & acquisitions for Walgreens Boots Alliance, handling M&A responsibilities for approximately $30 billion in acquired companies and led their integration team to achieving over $2 billion in realized synergies.
Over the past 35 years, Mr. Joustra has managed start-ups and significant growth for Walgreen’s Mail Order Pharmacy business and as an operations manager for Fujisawa USA and Bristol Myers Squibb. He is a retired United States Army, Corps of Engineers officer with successful commands in both combat and civil works roles.
Jim holds a B.S. degree from Virginia Military Institute, MBA from Niagara University, is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command & General Staff College, and has completed numerous leadership, management, healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain, civil works, combat arms and military engineering programs. Mr. Joustra serves on board positions for VMI and a number of other philanthropic organizations.
Kevin Hayes is a visionary business planner and team builder with over 25 years of experience creating and expanding businesses internationally. Mr. Hayes has helped companies enter new markets, build high impact organizations, diversify product/service offerings, and develop innovative channels to market.
Kevin has held executive positions with global high-tech companies, such as NCR, AT&T, Brady Corporation, Worldmark (CCL) and Teklynx International. He has led numerous successful acquisitions and subsequent integrations in software, packaging, and RFID/variable data. Kevin led Teklynx, the world’s leading barcode label design software publishing company, to recognition as one of Frontline’s top 25 companies in the Automatic Identification and Data Collection industry.
Kevin is the President of Outlook Group Printing & Packaging in Neenah, Wisconsin. He leads the strategic direction, technology roadmap, and partnering efforts for the company, a top supplier of engineered branding and packaging solutions to the highly competitive consumer product, food & beverage, retail and medical industries.
Mr. Hayes is an active member of several manufacturing associations including TLMI, AIM, SPE, and PSDA and is a speaker and participant at industry events like the TLMI Technical Committee and AIM Summit. Kevin has degrees in Marketing and Finance from Arizona State University and the University of Wisconsin, respectively.
Michael Fauscette is a software industry veteran and senior technology industry analyst with over 20 years of experience who is responsible for helping software and services buyers use the crowd sourced insights, data and community in the G2 marketplace.
Currently, Michael is the Chief Research Officer at G2 Crowd, a board member at large at LocatorX, and an advisory board member at CxOTalk. Prior to joining G2 Crowd, Mr. Fauscette led the worldwide software application research group for IDC, a global provider of market intelligence, advisory services, and events for consumer technology, telecommunications, and IT markets, for 10 years. He has also held executive roles with seven software vendors including Autodesk, Inc. and PeopleSoft, Inc.
Michael is a published author, blogger, photographer, and accomplished public speaker on business software, customer experience, artificial intelligence, crowdsourced data, online communities and digital transformation.

Dr. Michael Khbeis
From 2011 to 2019, Dr. Michael Khbeis was the Director of the Washington Nanofabrication Facility (WNF) at the University of Washington (UW). The WNF is the largest public access cleanroom in the Northwest and serves over 100 UW principal investigators and companies in prototype development and new process and materials R&D. In his research, Michael led the development of enabling technologies for 2.5D/3D integration and flexible electronic systems for the US Department of Defense.
Serving as Research and Engineering Microelectronics Division Chief (2009-2011) and Branch Chief (2005-2009), Dr. Khbeis was one of the youngest researchers to achieve executive grade in the National Security Agency. Throughout his career, Michael’s work has led to various technological developments, such as novel, low-profile packaging, plasma activated covalent bonding, and high aspect ratio sub-micron through silicon vias for high-density interconnect and patents for stacked systems thermal management. In order to develop these capabilities, Michael managed, designed, and oversaw construction or renovation of three cleanroom laboratories and specified, acquired, installed, and commissioned over 140 major semiconductor fabrication and advanced packaging tools.
In addition, Michael has worked as an independent contractor on various programs including high-density OLED displays, antenna arrays, high-density RF circuits, and critical government projects. Recently, Dr. Khbeis has been consulting for LocatorX on novel hardware architectures, including atomic clock and BLE chips for geolocation and supply chain hardening.
President & CEO
Scott Fletcher’s career encompasses more than 30 years of experience with information technology solutions and new business programs for companies including Shell, PeopleSoft, Dun & Bradstreet Software, Evant, and i2 Technologies. He has an extensive history of building and leading technology organizations in both small startup companies as well as large multinational corporations.
In June 2018, Mr. Fletcher retired after 10 years with Ultimate Software (ULTI) where he was Vice President responsible for $300M in revenue. He played a key role in Ultimate Software’s surpassing $1B in annual revenue. Ultimate Software was the fourth SaaS company to reach the one billion dollar milestone, and the only company to achieve the milestone profitably through internal growth.
Previously, Scott served as Vice President with two leading supply chain automation companies; I2 Technologies (now owned by JDA Software Group) and Evant (now owned by Manhattan Associates).
In 1993, Scott launched and led PeopleSoft Europe (now owned by Oracle) and then was promoted to manage their entire North American technical consulting business.
Mr. Fletcher has an MBA from Babson College and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University.

Billy Meadow was the founder and CEO of ControlCam from 2009 through 2012 providing low altitude aerial survey operations, and was the founder and has been the CEO of Visre, Inc./Visual Real Estate, Inc. from 2004 active through 2009 providing street level imaging systems. He was the Co-Founder and Chairman of Real Mortgage Systems, Inc. from 2005 to 2009 providing financing for single family residences.
From 1996 to 2000, Billy worked on behalf of Columbia University by marketing and licensing patents as CEO of 4D Technology, Inc. He was founder of Payformance Corporation, now called PaySpan, and worked at that company from 1984 to 2003, providing payment technologies to Fortune 500 clients. Mr. Meadow served as VP of Corporate Development for BBN Corporation from 1995 to 1996, a company he joined after selling Network One, a Voice Over IP company that he founded.
Mr. Meadow received his B.S. in Marketing from Florida State University. He has patent development and licensing experience across multiple industries with over 20 issued patents.
