Scott’s career encompasses more than 30 years of experience with information technology solutions and new business programs for companies including Shell, PeopleSoft, Dun & Bradstreet Software, Evant, and i2 Technologies. He has an extensive history of building and leading technology organizations in both small startup companies as well as large multinational corporations.
In June 2018, Mr. Fletcher retired after 10 years with Ultimate Software (ULTI) where he was Vice President responsible for $300M in revenue. He played a key role in Ultimate Software’s surpassing $1B in annual revenue. Ultimate Software was the fourth SaaS company to reach the one billion dollar milestone, and the only company to achieve the milestone profitably through internal growth.
Previously Mr. Fletcher served as Vice President with two leading supply chain automation companies; I2 Technologies (now owned by JDA Software Group) and Evant (now owned by Manhattan Associates).
In 1993, Mr. Fletcher launched and led PeopleSoft Europe (now owned by Oracle) and then was promoted to manage their entire North American technical consulting business.
Mr. Fletcher has an MBA from Babson College and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University.
CTO & Founder
Mr. Meadow was the founder and CEO of ControlCam from 2009 through 2012 providing low altitude aerial survey operations, and was the founder and has been the CEO of Visre, Inc./Visual Real Estate, Inc. from 2004 active through 2009 providing street level imaging systems. He was the Co-Founder and Chairman of Real Mortgage Systems, Inc. from 2005 to 2009 providing financing for single family residences.
From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Meadow worked on behalf of Columbia University by marketing and licensing patents as CEO of 4D Technology, Inc. He was founder of Payformance Corporation, now called PaySpan, and worked at that company from 1984 to 2003, providing payment technologies to Fortune 500 clients. Mr. Meadow served as VP of Corporate Development for BBN Corporation from 1995 to 1996, a company he joined after selling Network One, a Voice Over IP company that he founded.
Mr. Meadow received his B.S. in Marketing from Florida State University. He has patent development and licensing experience across multiple industries with over 20 issued patents.

Lis is a successful marketing strategist and team leader, with a more than 30 year brand-building track record. She has developed and led integrated marcom teams for a variety of Fortune 1000 consumer package goods, retailer and financial service brands. Included on the list of consumer brands she has assisted are Unilever brands like Suave, Degree, Sunsilk and Bertolli; also Kraft, Hillshire Brands, Motorola, 7UP and Keebler.
As someone with vast experience transforming market crisis into opportunity, Lis has built a reputation of turning market challenges into viable business, finding creative solutions to complex business issues and propelling her client businesses to sustained growth and profitability. By building exceptional product and service marketing programs, her teams do more with fewer resources.
Before joining LocatorX, Lis held various leadership roles at Ogilvy, Foote,Cone and Belding, and TPN. Starting her career as a Brand Manager in Financial Marketing in New York, she went on to develop award-winning, profitable marketing programs and new products for Citibank, Chase and Bank of America.
Lis earned her B.A. from Loyola University, has been an active community volunteer, and member of various Trade Groups, including ANA, BMA and RAMA.
